Blue quartz necklace
One of may favorite stone to work with and use in my jewelry is the quartz.
You can find it in many different shapes and colors. I do prefer blue quartz because it promotes serenity, tranquility and spiritual awakening.
Using blue stones, especially when you are under stress, is said to surround you with calming, soothing energies to relieve stress and calm the mind.
